Beckett Simonon runs true to size. Beckett Simonon sizes all of their footwear (dress shoes, sneakers, and boots) according to standard dress shoe sizes. If you wear a size 10 in sneakers or dress shoes, you should get that same size for your Beckett Simonon’s, even if you’re ordering a pair of their boots.
Those Beckett Simonon shoes are looking pretty good, aren’t they?
Shopping online can be tricky—so many brands fit differently and it’s difficult to know which size is going to be the right one for you.
Luckily, finding the right fit for your Beckett Simonon boots and shoes is pretty simple. I’m going to help you through the process here and tell you everything you need to know before shopping with Beckett Simonon.
The Ultimate Beckett Simonon Size Guide
Finding the correct size of Beckett Simonon boots is actually easier than for most other boot brands.
Order the same size Beckett Simonon shoes as you would your regular sneakers or dress shoes. The same is true for their boots.
So if you have a pair of Nike’s, Allen Edmonds, Reeboks, etc: you’ll want the same size.
For example, I wear a size 10.5 in my dress shoes and sneakers: I have a pair of Adidas running shoes, and several pairs of dress shoes from various brands—all in size 10.5.
When I shop with Beckett Simonon, I order a size 10.5. I own two pairs of their boots, and I get a size 10.5. If I was ordering the Reid sneaker or a dress boot or shoe from Beckett Simonon, I’d get a size 10.5.
Beckett Simonon boots don’t fit like most other boot brands, which tend to run large. I usually have to size down a half size to fit into Red Wing, Thursday, Grant Stone, Wolverine, and many other boots, but that’s not the case with Beckett Simonon.
Beckett Simonon offers some of the best value for money buys you can find in the world of shoes and boots.
The wait time can be annoying, but if you’re willing to wait, you’ll be rewarded with incredible quality footwear that’s comparable to brands that are double the price.
Is Beckett Simonon Good for Wide Feet?
Most guys have a D-width foot. That’s standard. If you have wide feet, or if you usually pick up an E, EE, or EEE size, you may have to skip Beckett Simonon altogether.
Beckett Simonon doesn’t currently offer any wide sizes.
If your feet are just a little wider than average (you’re an E size), then sizing up a half-size will do the trick.
Made with buttery smooth full grain Italian leather, the Elliot Balmoral boot offers a restrained brogue pattern and a formal closed lace construction.
For instance, if you’re a 10E in other dress shoe brands, you’ll want to get a 10.5D in Beckett Simonon.
However if you’re a 10EEE, I don’t think you’ll be able to fit in any pair of Beckett Simonons. The issue is that you’d have to get a size 11 to fit the width, but the shoe would be far too long.
If your feet are more narrow than standard (B width instead of D width), try ordering a half size smaller than you normally would. So if you’re a 10B shoe, order a 9.5D.
Again, most guys are a D width. If you’re not sure which width you are, there’s a good chance you’re a D width because you’ve never had to think about it, which means most shoes in standard sizes fit you fine.
Beckett Simonon Reid Sneakers Sizing
One of the most popular shoes from Beckett Simonon is the Reid. To get the right size for your new Reid’s, order them like you would any sneaker, running shoe, or dress shoe. Everything I mentioned above is true of the Reid.
Beckett Simonon Size Chart
I’ve created a Beckett Simonon sizing chart above if you’re used to EU or UK sizing. I think it’s still a better idea to use your dress shoe or sneaker size if you’re based in the US (rather than try to measure your foot in inches).
You can also read my guide on how boots should fit if you’d like more information on how most boot brands fit. Though keep in mind: Beckett Simonon sizes their boots like dress shoes—not like most other boot brands.
How to Break In Beckett Simonon
Beckett Simonon boots and shoes are fairly easy to break in. The leather is very soft and supple, so it doesn’t put up much resistance on your first wear around town.
If you’re worried about blisters on your heels or rubbing the ball of your foot raw, wear a slightly thicker pair of socks for the first few wears, and place a band-aid over your heel before putting your shoes on.
Made with buttery-smooth full grain Italian leather, the Douglas Jodhpur from Beckett Simonon is a substantial and stylish boot.
Dress shoes typically destroy my heel if I’m not careful. So I always put on a band-aid before I put on my socks. I haven’t had an issue with Beckett Simonon in that area, but it’s a precaution I take regardless because once you’ve walked a few miles with a ripped up heel, it’s not something you’re willing to do ever again.
Ready for a New Pair?
Don’t overthink it: getting the right size for your Beckett Simonon should be fairly easy.
Just order the same size that pops up in your closet most often.
For guys, that means ordering the same size you get in your sneakers and dress shoes. If you have slightly wider than average feet, order a half size larger. If your feet are more narrow than average, order a half size smaller.
And if the worst happens (i.e. you get the wrong size), Beckett Simonon has an excellent return policy: you have 60 days to return, plus free exchanges. Or you can even get a 120% store credit, which is something I’ve never seen from any other brand.
Beckett Simonon offers some of the best value for money buys you can find in the world of shoes and boots.
The wait time can be annoying, but if you’re willing to wait, you’ll be rewarded with incredible quality footwear that’s comparable to brands that are double the price.
But with this guide, you shouldn’t have that issue.

FAQs
Is Beckett Simonon only for men?
Beckett Simonon is currently only making mens shoes. Of course, women can still buy Beckett Simonon shoes and boots, but they’d need to navigate buying a men’s size for their foot.
Can Beckett Simonon sneakers be resoled?
I’m sure it’s possible to resole a pair of Beckett Simonon sneakers, though it’s not very practical. Sneakers aren’t made to be resolable, and if you wear the sole down completely, there’s a good chance the leather will be destroyed by then anyway. The most cost-effective thing to do would be to buy a new pair of sneakers.
How long is Beckett Simonon’s shipping?
Because Beckett Simonon makes all of their boots to order, their shipping typically takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks, with 10 weeks being the average. Their customer service is strong throughout, and they’re consistent with sending email updates so you never feel out of the loop.
